Chris Niemi, owner of Phoenix HVAC-R Services has been servicing our building for a number of years. We are always impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism we receive. Furthermore, he is very honest, reliable and has proven himself multiple times over the years.

Over the past few months we have started to contract our HVAC system maintenance to Phoenix HVAC-R. We have found their team to be knowledgeable and always able to help with any issues that arise at a moment's notice. While working in our facility, they have made it part of their job to learn and follow all of our company's policies and regulations. Their quality service and affordable rates have made them an asset for our cooler and freezer needs.

We have been working with Phoenix HVAC-R Services for about 6 months. They have completed projects on our ice making equipment which was in need of some TLC. Also, the refrigeration units and chilling system for our operation are being kept in top running condition with the preventative maintenance program Chris Niemi and his team have set up for our equipment. Chris and his team are courteous and very knowledgeable in all aspects of refrigeration equipment and I look forward to working with them in maintaining and any future upgrades to our facility.
